Ryan Wells Looking to Bounce Back in Texas

PHOENIX (April 18, 2019) – After a roller-coaster start to the season, Ryan Wells and the Estenson Racing squad head to round three of the American Flat Track AFT Singles Championship looking forward to getting back on track at the Texas Half-Mile in Fort Worth, Texas, on Saturday, April 20.

With nearly a month-long break between the rounds, Wells and his team spent that time preparing to come out swinging as the season starts to kick in high gear with six rounds in seven weeks. The 2016 AFT Singles champ is ready to get back to racing and he is primed to put his Estenson Racing Yamaha YZ450F in the winner’s circle at Texas Motor Speedway.

Wells’ AFT Singles teammate Dallas Daniels still awaits his professional debut this June at the Lima Half-Mile.

Ryan Wells – AFT Singles #94:

“I’m very excited to get back to the normal swing of things after this four-week break and get to the Texas Half-Mile. Obviously had a rough first two rounds, especially at Atlanta. We’ve done a lot of building in these four weeks and are ready to bounce back. We’re looking to get back where we belong on the podium and ultimately win some races.”

The Texas Half-Mile will be streamed live, Saturday, April 20, on FansChoice.TV starting with practice at 3:00 p.m. ET, followed by the Heat races at 5:35 p.m. ET. Opening Ceremonies kick off at 6:50 p.m. ET and the Main Events begin at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Catch the race on NBCSN, April 28 at 5:00 p.m. ET. For tickets and additional information about the event: http://www.americanflattrack.com/events/ .
